Modified first run code to extract any namespace information from compiler switches for Delphi XE2 and XE3 in user config and remove it, adding details to Namespaces value.

Reverted start page of compilers dialogue box.

Added new tab to Configure Compilers dialogue box for inputting namespace information. The new tab appears only for Delphi XE2 and later which have RTL unit names prefixed by namespaces.
