Replaced calls to various MakeXXXX routines with calls to methods of THTML and removed the routines.

Merged revision(s) 2480-2541 from tags/version-4.0.1:

This comprises all changes made from release 4.0.0 to release 4.0.1.

For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Changed units in ActiveText namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Renamed UActiveText, UActiveTextHTML, UActiveTextRTF & UActiveTextValidator units into ActiveText namespace as UMain, UHTMLRenderer, URTFRenderer and UValidator respectively.
Updated all using units as necessary.
