CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Inlined some operator overloads and methods.

Simplified TDBCookie.Hash. Was previously (incorrectly) assumed that hash of null cookie would never be same non-null hash. This assumption now removed.
Remove test for old assumption from unit test case for TDBCookie.

Deleted branches 4/4.0 and 4/4.1 - no longer maintaining this releases.

Changed so that Favourites dialogue box displays snippet display names instead of unique names.
