Reverted property changes at r2731 - the svn_keyword property was deliberately excluded in the first place!

Improved code that makes form transparent while transparency is being adjusted and reverts opacity afterwards.

Added F4 shortcut to action that displays Favourites dialogue box.

Ensured that selected favourite in Favourites dialogue box is maintained after that favourite is displayed or when a different favourite is deleted or a new favourite is added.

Noted new InactiveAlphaBlendValue value in Favourites section of user config file.

Made Favourites dialogue transparent when not active. Added slider to control degree of transparency and made value persistent in config file.
