Improved code that makes form transparent while transparency is being adjusted and reverts opacity afterwards.

Added F4 shortcut to action that displays Favourites dialogue box.

Ensured that selected favourite in Favourites dialogue box is maintained after that favourite is displayed or when a different favourite is deleted or a new favourite is added.

Noted new InactiveAlphaBlendValue value in Favourites section of user config file.

Fixed bug in TMainWindowSettings that was breaking splash form code by looking in for a "SplashForm" sub-section in settings instead of "MainForm" sub-section.
