Modified first-run code to "rename" any "MainWindow" section of user config files earlier than file version 11 to "WindowState:MainForm" as used from file version 11 onwards.

Changed name of settings section where main window state, size and position is stored from MainWindow to WindowState:MainForm.

Added new IniSectionExists routine.

Modified Favourites dialogue box to persist screen position in WindowState:FavouritesDlg section of user config file.

Documented new WindowState:XXX user config file section.

Added support for new WindowSettings:XXX settings sections to record window size and state of any form. XXX is the name of the form whose settings are stored.
Added new TDlgWindowSettings class to save and load window state of a dialogue box to and from the new settings section(s).
