Version numbers updated to 3.2.2.156, ready for next release

* Removed IntfWBPopupMenus unit.
* Added new UMenuHelper and UWBCommandBars units.

* Re-implemented support for browser control related popup menus. Dropped support for IWBPopupMenus interface iand replaced with a special popup menu manager object for detail pane browser control.
* Support for IWBPopupMenuConfig dropped in favour of ICommandBarConfig to standardise with information pane command bars.
* All command bar related code, including menu configuration moved from UWBPopupMenus.pas to new UWBCommandBars.pas unit. Uses classes that descend from TCommandBarMgr and TPopupMenuWrapper in UCommandBars.pas unit.
* UWBPopupMenus.pas re-implemented to provide popup menu manager object and associated custom popup menu.

* Changed to refer to TCustomImageList instead of TImageList in ICommandBarConfig.SetImages methods. This is to support other image list classes in sub classes.
* Made TPopupMenuWrapper constructor virtual.
* Changed to use code from UMenuHelper to create required menu items.
* Added new, do nothing, TPopupMenuWrapper.InitMenu for use in sub subclasses to initialise a popup menu.
* Moved menu preparation code from popup menu popup event handler to new virtual TPopupMenuWrapper.PrepareMenu method.

* Changed to work with ICommandBarConfig instead of defunct IWBPopupMenuConfig.
* Removed support for IWBPopupMenus. Now uses revised browser popup menu manager to handle pop-up menus. Popup menus are now set up and activated directly in this unit instead of UWBPopupMenus.
* New TCommandBars descendant used to customise browser menus.
