Revised Read-me to make it repo & tracker hosting agnostic. (Done now that repo hosting moved from SourceForge to GoogleCode and SourceForge project updated - should ease any future changes).

This is effectively the same change made in the trunk at revision 2631.

Updated Save Snippet and Save Unit file dialogue box help topics re addition of new "Truncate comments to 1st paragraph" check box (see r2628).

Updated to use new TruncateSnippets property: default value set from preferences & user selection used when generating code.

Extended custom Save Source standard dialogue box and added check box to it to determine if snippet comments are truncated to 1st paragraph.

Revised run time control sizing and alignment.
Redundant units removed.

Updated Code Formatting Preferences tab help topic to mention new "Truncate comments to one paragraph" check box.

Added alt key shortcut to new "truncate paragraphs" check box

Added option to Source code formatting group to use only first paragraph of a snippet description in snippet comment.
