CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added option to Source code formatting group to use only first paragraph of a snippet description in snippet comment.

This implements feature request #3560647 (http://bit.ly/UQrDax).

Changed frame units, that are not part of any other namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Added facility to preferences dialog box to notify caller if any changes were made that require main window UI to be re-displayed.
All preferences frames were modified to flag such changes.
Modified TDialogMgr manager to pass this extra info to main form.
Modified main form to refresh display if required.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting syntax highlighting into the new "Hiliter" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

Renamed UUnicodeHelper unit as UEncodings. Modified all units that used UUnicodeHelper accordingly.

Renamed tab from "Source Code" to "Code Formatting".

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

* Added TSourceComments class to USourceGen that provides description of comment styles for use in UI.
* Modified FrSourcePrefs and USaveSourceDlg to get comment style descriptions used in UI elements from new TSourceComments.GetCommentStyle method instead of local resource strings.
