For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Updated to contain example paths for MIDL from Visual Studio 9 on Windows 64.

Noted change in version of Inno Setup used.

Updated documentation (including help topics) re addition of support for Delphi XE3.

Updated source tree to include new Src/Res/Img/Branding directory.
Also noted that image files are exceptions to MPL 2.0 source licensing.

Updated re recent source tree structure changes.
