Changes to Snippets editor:

+ Added context menus to cross-references and dependencies check box lists. Both have menu item to clear list. Dependencies list has item to view dependencies.
+ Deleted View Dependencies button now that functionality now on context menu.
+ Enlarged various controls on all except Code tab.

This comprises all changes made from release 4.0.1 to release 4.0.2.

Removed unnecessary TLEDImageList field from TSnippetsEditorDlg.
Changed two buttons from TBitBtn to TButton.

Removed copy tool button from main form toolbar.
Removed copy, cut, paste and undo images from all menus / actions.
Removed redundant image lists and copy image from main image list.
Removed copy image from help file.

Added "Types" to predefined list of units in "Units" list on "References" tab of Snippets Editor.
Removed list of type from form definition: they are always replaced by list in TUnitsChkListMgr.

*** This change is based on and similar to that applied to the 3.x branch at r2201.

Added missing edit menu to "display name " and "add unit" edit controls.

Added new check box to snippets editor to permit new HiliteSource snippet property to be set.

Added new Display name edit control to Code page of Snippets Editor dialogue box. NOTE: Currently does nothing.
Changed size of tab sheets and rearranged various controls accordingly.

Revised layout of Extra information tab of Snippets Editor:
* Enlarged markup editor.
* Removed explanatory text frame.
* Renamed button that previews enter text to just "Preview".
Deleted HTML source document that was displayed in above explanatory text frame.

Changed to use TSnippetsActiveTextEdFrame edit edit extra information instead of custom code supporting entering REML into edit control.
