Changed TIStringList constructor that accepts TStringList to accept TStrings instead.

* Changed IStringList Add and CopyTo methods to take TStrings instead of TStringList parameters.
* Added new IStringList CopyFrom method that copies a TStringList into IStringList object.

Modified methods of IStringList and routines in UUtils.pas that explode a string based on a delimiter to take a string as the delimiter instead of just single characters.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Imported CodeSnip v3.0
