Switched off clicking noise made by IE control on navigation.

Used call to CoInternetSetFeatureEnabled in TWBUIMgr.GetHostInfo to do this.

Changed units in Browser namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Added support for displaying pop-up menus over appropriate control when Alt+F10 is pressed: fixes bug #3556713 (http://bit.ly/RIzfvQ).
Simple fix for VCL controls but additional code needed to work with TWebBrowser because of way custom context menus handled there.

Removed unused OnMenuPopup event from TWBUIMgr and renamed original OnMenuPopupEx as OnMenuPopup.
Modified implementing and calling code re changes.

Removed ability for web browser control to display default IE context menu, removed related property from TWBUIMgr and modified calling code accordingly.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

Renamed UNulUIHandler unit as Browser.UNulUIHandler. Updated using Browser.UUIMgr unit accordingly.

Renamed IntfUIHandlers unit as Browser.IntfDocHostUI. Updated using units accordingly.

Renamed UWBHelper unit as Browser.UControlHelper and TWBHelper type as TWBControlHelper. Updated using units accordingly.
