Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

Fixed long standing bug that was crashing when database was updated or restored after editing, adding or deleting any user defined snippet.

NOTE: this solution must not be applied to the v4-dev branch because a different solution has been found there.

* Revised TOverviewTreeState to use Delphi's TObjectList<> object instead of project's TObjectListEx to implement list section state objects.
* Replaced various calls to FreeAndNil with direct call to objects' Free methods.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

* Added support for restoring treeview in default format read from preferences when no state has yet been saved. This allows treeview to be displayed fully collapsed on startup if user requires it.
* Refactored some code involved in saving state.

Modified to use TObjectListEx from ULists unit instead of the VCL's TObjectList.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
