Added Alt+R hot key for "display compiler" check box on compiler tab of Configure Compilers dialogue box.

Fixed some keyboard related glitches in Switches tab of Configure Compilers dialogue box: one was duplicate alt-key shortcut and other was a usability problem in that moving up and down switch list with keyboard changed focus to edit box for every up or down arrow key press in switch list.

Added alt key shortcuts to labels focus category list and category description in Add, rename and delete category dialogue boxes.

Gave link information message box a title and alt hot key for "view link" button

Added alt key shortcuts to expand and collapse buttons in Selection Search dialogue box.

Changed Alt hot keys to select group radio and check boxes instead of controls within. This fixed a strange display bug where hot keys wouldn't work when dialogue boxes were displayed from menu (didn't ocur when selected via menu shortcut).
