This comprises all changes made from release 4.0.0 to release 4.0.1.

For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Revised snippet view in detail pane to display an indication of the testing undergone by a snippet according to new TestInfo property of a snippet.

Indication made by means of three images, one for each possibly testing level.

Revised TWelcomePageHTML re changes in welcome page.
Left in some commented out debug code.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Fixed typo in assertion added in r2231.

Added assertion to TAlphaListPageHTML.BuildSnippetList.

Changed snippet detail pane HTML page template and rendering code to support flexible and customisable page payouts.

Code that generates HTML links that cause snippets or categories to be displayed moved from UHTMLDetailUtils unit to USnippetHTML. Calling code updated as required.

Changed code that displays snippet names to use snippet display names instead.

Modified so that formatted (rendered active text) is used to display snippet descriptions in snippet list views. Required changes to page HTML template, static and dynamic CSS and page rendering code.
