Added new "TestInfo" property to snippets that gives info about level of testing applied to each snippet.

Supported only by online database.

Added support for Delphi XE3.

Implements feature request #3566346 (http://bit.ly/SIVpS2): Add support for Delphi XE3.

Changed units in DBIO namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified to ensure new HiliteSource property of all snippets read from main database is always True, because all snippets from main database are Pascal and should be highlighted.

Modified database reading, writing, import and export code to handle snippet's new DisplayName property.

Renamed UActiveText, UActiveTextHTML, UActiveTextRTF & UActiveTextValidator units into ActiveText namespace as UMain, UHTMLRenderer, URTFRenderer and UValidator respectively.
Updated all using units as necessary.

Updated to support new DescEx field in category ini file that provides alternate snippet description in REML.

Changed TSnippet.Description property from string to IActiveText.
Made minimal changes to other calling code to work with new property type. Most of these take a simplistic approach and / or don't work correctly and need urgent attention.

This commit only seeks to have code compiling correctly after change.

Added new "class" snippet type for class and advanced record types.

Added new "units" snippet type.
