Changed to turn off any status bar hints each time a view is displayed.

This fixes bug #3577408 (): Clicking detail pane snippet link leaves hint displayed in status bar.
This is an ugly fix using the minimal code. The fix for the similar bug in v4.0 is much cleaner: the cleaner fix wasn't worth the effort in this old version.

Modified documentation re removal of if-ver-gte and if-ver-lte pre-processor directives.

Defined style for HTML <del> tag

Restored a modified version of the paragraphs that explains how to get Inno Setup and how to include ISPP.

Changed to note that Inno Setup 5.5.2 Unicode is needed to build setup program. Removed reference installing ISPP separately.

This is a note of change to Inno Setup v5.5.2 Unicode to build setup file.

Added new UStartUp unit to project that is used to handle start-up processing. Performs first run processing and, conditionally, some special startup processing required for portable version of program.

Modified project file to call TStartUp.Execute instead of TFirstRunMgr.Execute.
