Updated license information for TListViewEx component following clarification from author. This affects license documents and about box credits.

Updated Credits & Attributions section of program tab of About box.

Added a bunch of LICENSE files in some directories to clarify licensing of files in those directories.
LICENSE file in root describes licensing in general.

Licensed file under MPL 2.0

Moved CodeSnip branding images from Src/Res/Img to Src/Res/Img/Branding directory.
Updated Resources.rc and HTML.hrc accordingly.

New sub-directory to store CodeSnip branding images.

Removed now-unused Delphi compiler icon images (licensing concerns) and updated Resources.rc accordingly.

Removed PayPal style donation button from welcome page and replaced with text link.

Removed button image due to licensing concerns.

New image added to resources that contains a strip of all glyphs that relate to the program's actions.

This is designed to replace all images embedded in forms.

Revised many program glyphs.
Many images also refreshed: some with minor visible changes, others simply regenerated.
