Removed embedded TImageList content from form and changed to dynamically load action glyphs from resources to image list at run-time.

Changed various form files that use image lists for action glyphs to all use same strip of glyphs. Adjusted image index numbers in actions where indexes have changed.

Added new glyphs for Add (New) Category, Delete Category and Rename Category actions.
Also added the new glyphs to Category menu help topic.

Updated images lists with new / revised images.

Changed printer images used in Print dialogue box to be based on same image as that used in main form menu and toolbar. Image used in main form and help file re-generated from same source as new print dialogue box images.

Removed copy tool button from main form toolbar.
Removed copy, cut, paste and undo images from all menus / actions.
Removed redundant image lists and copy image from main image list.
Removed copy image from help file.

Removed unused bitmaps from main form's image list.

Created new custom action - TDetailTabAction - that is used by Notifier to select a new tab in detail pane. This replaces a standard action that had no tie in with user input.

Added new "Close All Tabs" menu item to main View menu.
Added new "Close All Other Tabs" to display pane tab set context menu.
Added supporting actions / code.

Added new pop-up menu to tab set in details pane that closes selected tab.
Implemented as a new command bar owned by detail frame.
