Modified snippet-, category- and command-link styles so that they are in italics and have dotted underline when hovered over.
Modified line height of edit link on user defined snippet view so that new hover styling is visible.

Changed HTML, JavaScript and CSS files included in project resources from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Updated CodeSnip version in manifest file from 3.0.0.0 to 4.0.0.0

Renamed FmViewExtraDlg unit as FmActiveTextPreviewDlg, TViewExtraDlg form class as TActiveTextPreviewDlg and HTML template file dlg-viewextra-tplt.html as dlg-activetext-preview-tplt.html. This was done because the dialogue box no longer relates only to "extra" text and the name had become misleading.

Modified code and variables that referred to "extra" to something more relevant.

Calling code updated as necessary.

Modified displayCategory and displaySnippet functions to detect if Ctrl key was pressed when link clicked. State of that key is passed to revised external.DisplayCategory and external.DisplaySnippet methods to indicate if category or snippet should be displayed in a new tab.

This completes implementation of feature request #3559377 (http://bit.ly/OqnAjd).

Revised welcome page:
* Added info relevant to CodeSnip v4.
* Removed info about removed "Compiler Checks" tab of details pane.
* New "smallcaps" CSS class required by welcome page.
This is aimed to be an interim change until Welcome page is completely overhauled.

Replaced word "dialog" by "dialogue".

Changed snippet detail pane HTML page template and rendering code to support flexible and customisable page payouts.

Removed showTestCompileHint() and compileSnippet() JavaScript functions made redundant now that there is no "Test Compile" link in snippet detail pane.

Removed link from snippet detail view that test compiled snippet.
As a side effect this changed removed test compile option from snippet detail view's context menu. Consequently TMainForm.InitForm was altered to explicitly add this option back into the context menu.
