Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified Duplicate Snippet, Find Cross References, Test Compile and Test Unit dialogue boxes to use snippet display names in their captions or content.

Part of fix for bug #3559239 (http://bit.ly/Pm1HU4).

Undid changes to TCategoryListAdapter.ToStrings to state made in r1785. Changed TDuplicateSnippetDlg to handle this change.

Added facility to create a duplicate copy of a snippet in a user specified category.
