CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed frame units, that are not part of any other namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Renamed UMenuHelper unit as UMenus.
Modified all affected code accordingly.

Modified to use different styles / colours for different types of link: help, external, database (snippet & category) and program command. Also renamed some colour consts.

This commit implements feature request #3559464 (http://bit.ly/Pwsqg6).

Changed so that Return key triggers a selected snippet / link to display in current tab because recent changes now mean Ctrl+Return now opens links in a new tab, whereas before it opened them in same tab.

Added support for displaying pop-up menus over appropriate control when Alt+F10 is pressed: fixes bug #3556713 (http://bit.ly/RIzfvQ).
Simple fix for VCL controls but additional code needed to work with TWebBrowser because of way custom context menus handled there.

Removed ability for web browser control to display default IE context menu, removed related property from TWBUIMgr and modified calling code accordingly.

Removed code from FrBrowserBase unit that set <p> tag font: was preventing use of content font in sub classes.
Removed code that set caused active text HTML renderer to override CSS class names used for active text and set special .active-text p and h2 CSS styles.

Added CSS styling for <p> tag so that font is same as frame font.
Aadded styling for <var> and <code> inline tags.
Fixed CSS code in FrHTMLDlg broken by adding CSS for <p> tag in base frame.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
