Changed various help files from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0

Added note to snippets editor help topic about the need to configure the compiler to search the namespaces containing the units specified on the editor's References tab.

*** This fix is similar to that applied to the 3.x branch at r2204.

Updated snippets editor help topic re addition of check box to control whether a snippet's source code is syntax highlighted. Also made some other minor tweaks.

Added info about snippet Display Name to Snippets Editor help topic.

Revised re new layout of Code and Extra Information tabs of Snippets Editor along with introduction of Markup Editor for editing snippet's description and extra information.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in all affected help topics.

Modified to discuss new snippet kinds where relevant.

Updated help and documentation to update references to Database menu items that have now moved to the Snippets and Categories menus.

Standardised svn:mime-type and svn:eol-style properties.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
