Changed popup menus used by detail pane to show more common options regardless of which menu type displayed. Exceptions are menus shown for anchors and images which focus on command / link being executed and don't display any commands embedded in displayed document.

Implements feature request #3559375 (http://bit.ly/NzaY8a).

Removed unused OnMenuPopup event from TWBUIMgr and renamed original OnMenuPopupEx as OnMenuPopup.
Modified implementing and calling code re changes.

Added support for reloading an HTML document into detail pane causing style sheet to be updated.
This has effect of correctly displaying changed title colours and syntax highlighting.

Modified to use Preferences.DBHeadingColours[] property to get colour to use to render snippet and category heading text.

Renamed UActiveText, UActiveTextHTML, UActiveTextRTF & UActiveTextValidator units into ActiveText namespace as UMain, UHTMLRenderer, URTFRenderer and UValidator respectively.
Updated all using units as necessary.

Modified so that formatted (rendered active text) is used to display snippet descriptions in snippet list views. Required changes to page HTML template, static and dynamic CSS and page rendering code.

Removed call to TActiveTest.SetStyles and added code to TDetailViewFrame.BuildCSS the set .active-text h2 CSS style.

Modified to use revised TActiveTextHTML class.

Converted static TDetailPageLoader class into normal class that gets instantiated in TDetailViewFrame. Modified TDetailViewFrame accordingly.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"
