Modified to listen for database events and clear current compilation results database is about to change in any way.

This fixes bug #3559257 (http://bit.ly/Qc8Fqu): Compile Results accessed from menu can get out of sync.

*** This is a similar fix to that made in trunk at r2244 but is a cruder solution because required database events for more refined solution are not available in v3.x.

Modified to listen for database events and clear current compilation results if related snippet is updated or deleted.

Fixed bug #3559266 (http://bit.ly/S69wO2): Required classes not referenced in snippet include files.
Class snippet kinds were not being added to list of referenced snippets when source was analysed.

Removed name of snippet from caption of Snippets Editor.
Modified to pass display name enter in dialogue box to revised Dependencies dialogue when "View Dependencies" button is clicked.

Comments that describe required units and snippets in a generated include file have been changed to use snippet's display names.

Changed confirmation message box displayed when user deleting a snippet to use display name of selected snippet and any related snippets that are listed.

Modified TCompErrorDlg to display snippet's display name rather than name. This required a changed to signature of Execute method which in turn required a change in TCompileMgr.ShowErrors calling method.
