CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Revised TSnippetPageStructures to use TArrayEnumerator<T> to enumerate pages.
This replaces private TSnippetPageStructures.TEnumerator class which was deleted.

Added new generic dynamic array enumerator class, TArrayEnumerator<T>.

Rationalised how page structures recorded in TSnippetPageStructures are accessed:
* Changed Pages property to be a default indexed array property.
* Added enumerator that enumerates each TSnippetPageStructure contained in Pages property.
* Deleted PageStructure method: function taken by revised Pages property.
Updated calling code re these changes.

Updated ReadMe file ready for v4.0 beta 2 release.
Fixed some errors.
Some other minor edits.

Minor typo and formatting changes to privacy statement.

Brought directories into line with current source tree.
Some clarifications.
Fixed some errors.

Updated source tree diagram to reflect changes in Docs directory at r2213.

Moved Warnings.txt from Docs directory into Design sub-directory.
Move FileFormats sub-directory and contents from Docs directory into Design sub-directory.

Removed unused file.

Added note to snippets editor help topic about the need to configure the compiler to search the namespaces containing the units specified on the editor's References tab.

*** This fix is similar to that applied to the 3.x branch at r2204.
