Settings object is now created on first use rather than on program initialisation.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.

Standardised format for EBug exception messages.

Changed method and format used to store encrypted passwords. Now uses TEncryptor class rather than calling directly into third party UEncrypt unit. Also stores hex representation of encrypted bytes rather than storing encryption directly as text.

Modified to compile without warnings with revised UEncrypt routines. Now converts encrypted data items to and from UTF-8 before passing to encrypt / decrypt routines.

Fixed memory leaks.

Changed all symbols, comments etc that refer to the "Latin-1" code page to refer to "Windows-1252" since the code page used is the Windows interpretation of "Latin-1", code page 1252.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.
