Chenged FirstRun.UUpdateIni to use TFileIO text file writing methods when creating or copying data to a Unicode format ini file, instead of WriteStringsToUnicodeFile routine from FirstRun.UUnicode.
Deleted FirstRun.UUnicode unit from project now that its single public routine is no longer required.

Added new WriteAllLines method to TFileIO.

Added new CopyFile method to TFileIO.
Modified FirstRun.UUpdateDBase and FirstRun.UUpdateIni to use TFileIO.CopyFile instead of local CopyFile routines.

Improved detection of v2 user database.
Fixed bug in setting CodeSnip user directories by ensuring path delimiter follows per user application directory name.

Updated commenting

Modified installer to detect if program being installed is updating a preview (alpha) release and to display instructions relating to updating from a preview to current release. Instructions are stored in new .rtf file.

Corrected name of ConfigFileProgramVer routine and made it public.

Added code to FirstRun.UUpdateIni to check if current config file has a proxy password. Changed FirstRun.UMain to call this new routine instead of accessing ini file directly, thus allowing duplicate GetIniString routine to be removed from FirstRun.UMain.

Added routine to get program version recorded in user config file.

First draft update re first v4 beta release.
