Modified installer to detect if program being installed is updating a preview (alpha) release and to display instructions relating to updating from a preview to current release. Instructions are stored in new .rtf file.

Added code to FirstRun.UUpdateIni to check if current config file has a proxy password. Changed FirstRun.UMain to call this new routine instead of accessing ini file directly, thus allowing duplicate GetIniString routine to be removed from FirstRun.UMain.

Changed auto-detection of Delphi compilers to check HKCU registry root as well as HKLM in case Delphi has been installed for current user only.
