Removed redundant ThreadResumeDeprecated symbol: TThread.Resume is deprecated for all supported compilers.

* Changed to inhibit compilation with compilers earlier than Delphi 2010 rather than Delphi 2009.
* Removed redundant test for Unicode support.

* Corrected error message to note that Delphi 2009 or later is required, not Delphi 2006.
* Added a further fatal error message in case Unicode support not enabled.

* Removed all code that is excluded from Delphi 2009 / 2010 by conditionally defined symbols.
* Removed related $IFDEFs. Unused symbols removed from CompilerDefines.inc.
* Removed UAltBugFix.pas unit from project and removed all references to it since its functional code was excluded by conditional symbols on Delphi 2009 and later.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.
