Corrected bug where clicking Clear button in Configure Compilers dialogue box Compiler tab did not immediately mark compiler as unavailable in compilers list box.

Changed auto-detection of Delphi compilers to check HKCU registry root as well as HKLM in case Delphi has been installed for current user only.

Removed all references to install helper program.
Modified Copyright section to refer to MPL 2.0 instead of tri-license.

Changed StampConfigFiles routine to also add program version number to [IniFile] section of per-user config file.

Remove code that dealt with main database and common config file: these are dealt with by installer.

Removed CSSetupHelper project from project group and deleted its source tree. The CSSetupHelper program is no longer required by the installer.

Removed installhelper target and code that configured install helper's src tree and created binary output directory.

Removed code that included CSSetupHelper.exe helper program: no longer needed now that installer does not process per-user config files and databases.

Fixed various bugs re copying older common database and displaying of related page in install wizard.

Modified so that setup program always brings forward any old common config data it finds if v4 config file is not present.
Now only gives option to bring forward any previous copy of database if one not present in v4 database directory and an older copy is found.
No longer provides option to delete databases and config files from older versions: this is done by uninstaller.
