CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Modified so that setup program always brings forward any old common config data it finds if v4 config file is not present.
Now only gives option to bring forward any previous copy of database if one not present in v4 database directory and an older copy is found.
No longer provides option to delete databases and config files from older versions: this is done by uninstaller.

Removed code that copies user database and copies / updates per-user config file: setup program now only deals with copying main database and application wide common config file.

Minimal changes to code in FirstRun namespace to convert Pascal scripts to compilable Object Pascal units.

Copied and renamed all .ps script files from Src/Install directory as Pascal units into FirstRun namespace in Src directory.
Added all the files to the CodeSnip project.
No changes were made to script files other than renaming and header comment changes: won't compile.
This is basis of code that creates User.config file for current user if necessary on first run.

Updated change log with updates since last release that are slated for inclusion in release 4.0 beta 1.

Updated privacy statement with details of data sent to program update web service.

Added entry for new "Check For Program Updates" menu option.

New help topic for Check For Program Updates dialogue box added to help project and index.

Changed spelling of "dialog" in help index to "dialogue".

Added new action and Tools menu item to check for program updates by displaying "Check For Program Updates" dialogue box.
