Updated snippets editor help topic re addition of check box to control whether a snippet's source code is syntax highlighted. Also made some other minor tweaks.

Added info about snippet Display Name to Snippets Editor help topic.

Revised re new layout of Code and Extra Information tabs of Snippets Editor along with introduction of Markup Editor for editing snippet's description and extra information.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in all affected help topics.

Modified to discuss new snippet kinds where relevant.

Updated help and documentation to update references to Database menu items that have now moved to the Snippets and Categories menus.

Standardised svn:mime-type and svn:eol-style properties.

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Reformatted some bullet lists to make for easier reading.
