New unit that gets information about program updates from web service.

Moved responsibility for ensuring main database local directory exists from FmUpdateDlg unit to UUpdateMgr.

Modified code that renders a snippet's source code in main display, as RTF on clipboard and in print documents to not use syntax highlighter when snippet's HiliteSource property is False.

Updated snippets editor help topic re addition of check box to control whether a snippet's source code is syntax highlighted. Also made some other minor tweaks.
