Added new frame to project that allows users to customise appearance of different kinds of snippets in main display. For use in preferences dialogue box.

Added new units from r2061 to project files.

Added missing "form" reference for FrGeneralPrefs frame unit in project files.

Split General Preferences frame into two: Miscellaneous (containing measurement units) and Display, containing all display related options.
Note: FrGeneralPrefs unit now contains only measurement units and displays on "Misc." tab. Options that display on "Display" tab in new FrDisplayPrefs unit.

Added USingleton unit (r2018) to project. This unit was copied from new-backend branch at r2012.

New frame designed for use in snippets editor for editing active text either as plain text or REML markup.

Renamed UActiveText, UActiveTextHTML, UActiveTextRTF & UActiveTextValidator units into ActiveText namespace as UMain, UHTMLRenderer, URTFRenderer and UValidator respectively.
Updated all using units as necessary.

Added new unit in new ActiveText namespace that provides a object that can render active text as formatted plain text.
Modified UTextSnippetDoc unit to use this new class to format snippet description and extra text.

New unit that implements a class and helpers that create RTF representations of active text with customised styling.

New URTFStyles unit designed for containing various styling RTF styling elements.
Moved TRTFFont and TRTFGenericFont from URTFBuilder into URTFStyles.
Updated all affected units to use URTFStyles.
