Updated help topic re recent changes in test compile dialogue box and made some other tweaks.

Removed redundant code for drawing compiler controls for unavailable compilers: these are no longer displayed.

Changed test compile dialogue box to only display available compilers.
Changed scroll box to size to number of compiler result controls up to a maximum of 8, after which it scrolls.

Added new frame to project that allows users to customise appearance of different kinds of snippets in main display. For use in preferences dialogue box.

Move TCtrlArranger methods: LeftOf, MoveToLeftOf multi-control overload, MoveToRightOf multi-control overload + some tweaks.

Added new HasPart method of TSnippetPageStructure.
Corrected typo in TSnippetPagePart a key name.

Changed snippet detail pane HTML page template and rendering code to support flexible and customisable page payouts.

Added new preference that provides information about snippet detail page customisations.

Added new units from r2061 to project files.

Two new units that enable content of snippet HTML pages to be customised. USnippetPageStructure manages the page structure and USnippetPageHTML renders the HTML needed to display pages according to that structure.
