Added support for preferences that record colour to use to display main and user database item headings. Also added preferences to record custom colours used by colour dialogue boxes used in setting heading colours.

New constant for default colour used for main database items headings

Replaced hard tabs with spaces.

Removed trailing spaces from help topic files.
Also replaced hard tabs with spaces in dlg_pagesetup.htm.

Help index and various topics updated re changes in Preference dialogue box in splitting out display options onto own tab and renaming of "General" tab to "Misc."

Split dlg_prefs_general help topic into two, one each for new tabs derived from old "General" tab of Preferences dialogue box.
dlg_prefs_general topic retains info about measurement units and is retitled "Misc."
New dlg_prefs_display receives info about "Display" tab.
Project file updated with reference to new topic.

Split General Preferences frame into two: Miscellaneous (containing measurement units) and Display, containing all display related options.
Note: FrGeneralPrefs unit now contains only measurement units and displays on "Misc." tab. Options that display on "Display" tab in new FrDisplayPrefs unit.

Changed TPrintInfo to descend from TSingleton.

Changed TQuery to descend from TSingleton.

Modified TSingleton to implement IInterface methods without reference counting.
