Removed redundant "reintroduce" directive from declaration of TViewItemList.Create.

Completely rewrote TViewItemList as a class that descends from TList<TViewItem> and simply overrides constructor. The class formerly owned and used a TObjectListEx instance to maintain list and exposed relevant properties.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Modified to use TObjectListEx from ULists unit instead of the VCL's TObjectList.

Changed constructors:
* Added overloaded constructor for category view items that accepts a TCategory object. This was added to provide similar interface for constructing category objects to that available for "routine" views etc.
* Added overloaded constructor that takes a vkNone or vkWelcome kind with no Data parameter to construct the two types of view that have no additional information.
* Changed constructor that took a kind and optional data parameter to require the data parameter, made it protected and renamed it as InternalCreate.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
