Rectified error in deleting wrong method from IWBExternal8 in r2009:
* Deleted CompileSnippet method.
* Reinstated ConfigCompilers method.

Removed redundant CompileSnippet method from browser's external object IDL and renamed IWBExternal7 to IWBExternal8 as a consequence.
Updated TWBExternal object to support IWBExternal8 instead of IWBExternal7: removed implementation of CompileSnippet method.

NOTE: actually deleted ConfigCompilers method from IWBExternal7 instead of intended CompileSnippet. This was rectified in r2010.

Removed showTestCompileHint() and compileSnippet() JavaScript functions made redundant now that there is no "Test Compile" link in snippet detail pane.
