CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Removed link from snippet detail view that test compiled snippet.
As a side effect this changed removed test compile option from snippet detail view's context menu. Consequently TMainForm.InitForm was altered to explicitly add this option back into the context menu.

Renamed TMainForm's SnippetsChangeHandler as DBChangeHandler.

Added actions and File menu items for loading and saving selected snippets.

Implemented support for allowing searches to refine previous searches instead of always working on whole database.
Modified Find Text and Find Compiler dialogue boxes to enabled scope of search to be specified.

Added facility to preferences dialog box to notify caller if any changes were made that require main window UI to be re-displayed.
All preferences frames were modified to flag such changes.
Modified TDialogMgr manager to pass this extra info to main form.
Modified main form to refresh display if required.

Modified some code that tested TSnippetList.Count for greater than zero to use recently added IsEmpty method instead.

Added facility to create a duplicate copy of a snippet in a user specified category.

Added new "Snippets" and "Categories" top level menu items and populated them with menu items removed from "Database" menu. Some menu items renamed.

Re-arranged Help menu - pulled items on sub-menu into main menu.
Added a glyph for CodeSnip News menu item.

Added new Help | On The Web | FAQs menu item that displays CodeSnip FAQs in default browser.
Updated help topic for Help menu re this new option.
