CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed to work on RawByteString strings instead of UTF-8 strings.

* Changed to work on UTF8 strings instead of default ANSI strings.
* Updated comments about changes made to unit and added Rev and Date SVN keyword placeholders.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Reverted to original code without "unsafe" warnings switched off.

Revised and streamlined compiler directives used to switch off undesired warnings.

Modified to switch off "unsafe" warning messages. Used compiler detection to make sure the required warning messages are supported - only important if the units are used in other projects with older versions of Delphi.

Merged non-conflicted changes from /branches/proxy-server:164-203 branch.

Changes made were:
* Added support for using a proxy server when CodeSnip accesses the internet.
* New dialog box and Tools menu item added to enable proxy server to be configured.
* Help file updated.
* A third party encryption unit was added to enable proxy server passwords to be stored in encrypted format.
* New settings section added to store proxy server information on a per-user basis.
* Small number of refactorings,
