Some modifications to TRTFBuilder, TRTFColourTable and TRTFFontTable to apply with RTF styles.

Added new TRTFStyle record along with supporting types.
New CreateNull and IsNull methods of TRTFFont.
New CreateNull method and equality and inequality operator overloads in TRTFParaSpacing.

Added new TRTFParaSpacing structure to encapsulate above and below spacing of a paragraph.
Modified TRTFBuilder.SetParaSpacing to use TRTFParaSpacing for its parameter.
Modified all code that calls TRTFBuilder.SetParaSpacing to use new parameter type.

New URTFStyles unit designed for containing various styling RTF styling elements.
Moved TRTFFont and TRTFGenericFont from URTFBuilder into URTFStyles.
Updated all affected units to use URTFStyles.

Tweaked commenting

Updated to support new DescEx field in category ini file that provides alternate snippet description in REML.

Main database file format documentation updated with info about new DescEx field for REML formatted descriptions.

Updated to support export file format v6: now reads and writes snippets' description properties using REML.

Modified TSnippetExtraHelper.PlainTextToActiveText to trim given text before creating active text from it.

Added links to other files.
