CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed TSnippet.Description property from string to IActiveText.
Made minimal changes to other calling code to work with new property type. Most of these take a simplistic approach and / or don't work correctly and need urgent attention.

This commit only seeks to have code compiling correctly after change.

Corrected build number of v4.0 alpha 3.

Added internal CodeSnip version numbers for v4.0 alpha releases.

Updated version number to 3.10.2.200

Updated comments describing parameters of web service "logon" command.

New file containing a map of build numbers to releases.

Updated privacy statement re changes in data sent to server in database update logon along with use of new database to record update info for each program id.
