Changed constructors:
* Added overloaded constructor for category view items that accepts a TCategory object. This was added to provide similar interface for constructing category objects to that available for "routine" views etc.
* Added overloaded constructor that takes a vkNone or vkWelcome kind with no Data parameter to construct the two types of view that have no additional information.
* Changed constructor that took a kind and optional data parameter to require the data parameter, made it protected and renamed it as InternalCreate.

Removed ReadMe-Src.txt. Now obsolete. Was replaced by Build.html at revision 145.

Changed behaviour of check list boxes to toggle check state when any part of a list item is checked instead of requiring clicks on check boxes. Used new TChkListStateMgr to do this.

Added new unit that implements a class that modifies the behaviour of an associated check list box so that clicks anywhere on a list item will toggle the state of the check box.

Added ArrangeForm method to dynamically arrange the controls on the form.

Disabled Render Extra Information button on Snippets Editor's Extra Information tab when no markup is entered in memo. Done by handling associated action's OnUpdate event.

* Fixed control arrangement glitch that was hiding explanatory note associated with operating system info displayed on user info page of bug report wizard.
* Refactored control arrangement code.

Completed pre-v3 source code change log.

Added missing change log entries.

Corrected errors in header comments.
