Modified text of warning label that appears when there is an active search.

Added label that appears when there is an active search to warn that selecting snippets will overwrite current search.
Also re-spaced controls slightly and greatly increased width of checkbox that displays snippet names, so that it won't truncate names.

Modified to enable tree view to be expanded or collapsed using tree view controls or via new buttons to fully expand and fully collapse the tree.
Tree view now is now collapsed when dialogue box in shown.

Added new CanCollapse property to TCheckedTVFrame to enable tree to be expanded and collapsed by means of buttons next to expandable items or using mouse or keyboard.
Also added ExpandTree and CollapseTree methods to allow tree to be fully expanded or collapsed.

Implemented support for allowing searches to refine previous searches instead of always working on whole database.
Modified Find Text and Find Compiler dialogue boxes to enabled scope of search to be specified.

Renamed some method parameters.
Re-arranged some methods in class declaration.
