CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed file encoding to UTF-8 with BOM to match encoding in <?xml?> processing instruction.

Standardised svn:mime-type and svn:eol-style properties.

Incremented build number. No changes to source but build number changed to reflect change to Delphi 2010. This change should have been made way back when compiler changed from Delphi 2006 to 2010.

Removed tsvn:logwidthmarker property.

Modified warning switches and settings to match those used in CodeSnip project as at r949 and r950.

* Changed project and project group files from Delphi 2006 standard to Delphi 2010.
* Removed references to .bdsproj.tplt files from makefiles.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Deleted build batch files in Src and Src\Install directories and replaced with new make files.

* Added new CSSetupHelper.bdsprj.tplt and CSSetupHelper.cfg.tplt files that are to be used to create the required CSSetupHelper.bdsprj and CSSetupHelper.cfg files. This is in case user changes these files: they will be restored from the template.
* Removed CSSetupHelper.bdsprj and CSSetupHelper.cfg accordingly.
* Set svn:ignore property to ignore .cfg and .bdsproj files.
