* Reverted check list items to default behaviour. Clicking on item no longer toggles check mark. The modified behaviour was proving more problematic than helpful.
* Removed unit that had provided new behaviour.
* Adjusted other code as required.

* Added new "news" preferences sub-section along with single "MaxAge" setting that records maximum age of displayed news items.
* Added new frame that enables news preferences to be set by user. This frame is displayed in the preferences dialog box.

Removed now unused ULists unit from project. All its classes now superseded by classes from UContainers.

Added UContainers unit to project. Unit was copied from new-backend branch as at r845.
