* Modified to permit a warning to be switched on as well as off, with state being set by new TWarning.State parameter.
* Made changes to TWarningsPersist and TWarnings.Render to support new warning state.
* Changed IWarnings.Delete method, and implementation, to take a TWarning parameter instead of symbol name string parameter.

Renamed TWarnings.SwitchOff property as Enabled.
Modified all using code.
Also changed name of check box that updates this property in TCodeGenPrefsFrame to suit.

NOTE: Name of item relating to TWarnings.Enabled in User.config remains "SwitchOffWarnings" for backward compatibility reasons.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in affected file format documentation file.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in affected documentation text files.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in all affected help topics.

Updated SourceCodeLicenses.txt to refer to use of MPL v2.0.
Added copy of MPL v2.0 in MPL-2.0.txt and renamed old MPL.txt as MPL-1.1.txt.

Changed Dependencies dialogue box to display both a snippet's dependencies (as before) and the snippets it depends upon (new). Each is displayed in its own tab, and tabs that are displayed can be customised.
Modified calling code because of changes to signature of Execute methods.
