Added new help topics for new "unit" and "class" snippet kinds to help project and TOC.
Modified other snippet kind help topics re these new snippet kinds.

Added Compile menu help topic file to help project, index and TOC files. This had not been done when menu topic was created.

Updated help re new "Snippets | Duplicate Snippet" menu option and associated dialog box.

Updated help file source to re changes to main menu in r1781 and r1782

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Deleted redundant files.

New help topic for new Code Generation tab of Preferences dialog box.
